I believe that the benefits of yoga should be accessible to everyone. Yoga is a beautiful way to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and inner calm.
Practicing along with our video classes is a great way to take some quality time to step out of the busy-ness of everyday life to breathe, decompress and connect with your inner peace. It can also be a fantastic complement to osteopathic care.
There are three ways to practice along with me: live online classes, pre-recorded online classes, and live in-person classes.
Live Online Classes
Sessions of online live classes are held from time to time. When you sign up for these sessions, you will get access to weekly online classes as well as the recordings of each class. You can join us from anywhere in the world! These classes take place when there is sufficient interest, so give me a shout if you’d like to join us.
Pre-Recorded Online Class
Subscribe to our online library of pre-recorded classes to access over 100 classes. They include a variety of styles, from gentle chair yoga to more challenging classes. Whether you want to learn to calm down or become more flexible, there is a class for you here. Practice in your own space on your own timetable.
Live In-Person Classes
Sessions of live in-person classes are held from time to time. We don’t have a permanent location for classes, so these sessions take place when there is sufficient interest from participants. Click below to send a message to let me know if you are interested!
